Hotels in Vienna
 

Hi:

Will be in ViennaFrom September 30th to October 2nd and back to Vienna for one night on October 3rd. Can anyone give me a recommendation for a good hotel. There will be 3 of us (2 adults one teenager). I don't want to pay more than $400/night.

We spent five nights at the Hotel Austria in the Innerstadt and really liked the property. The staff is first rate, the room was spacious and immaculately clean, and the breakfast was very substantial.

Check venere.com and tripadvisor.com for ratings. The ratings on venere are more reliable because you must have stayed in the property to leave an evaluation.

Oooops. We stayed in Hotel Austria this past July, 2015.

Another vote for the Hotel Austria. We stayed there a few years ago and it's good to learn that it hasn't changed much. Very well placed for all the places you are likely to want to walk to, and for public transport too.

And the price should be right!

A third vote for Hotel Austria.

Vienna Marriott has rooms from about $239 euros per night. Very nice hotel and great location. You may be able to get it even cheaper on a third party booking site.
