hotels in prague

any recommendations to something that is centrally located? our budget is about 200 euro per night. i believe last time we stayed at the Best Western, with beds that were upholstered like a sofa, so I'd like to avoid that :)

What I can recommend from my experience are :
Hotel Roma 4* and Residence Mala Strana 3*. Both are in Mala Strana area at the foot of Petrin hill.

There are many posts and recommendations here about Prague hotels. Do a text search with key words such as " Prague hotels " and you will get so much infos.

Hotel rates changes depending on the seasons. €200 for when ?

There are many apartment rentals in Prague, some of which are right off Old Town Square. You may find this to be a good alternative to a hotel room with hard beds and very few amenities. Simply google "Prague Apartments" or something similar.
Unless you need room service, included breakfast, etc., this may be a good alternative. It might also be somewhat more interesting. It certainly will be less expensive.

we just came back from Prague. We stayed at the hotel Mala Strana. It was delightful!!! easy to get to by tram and a clean comfortable hotel. It was under 100 Euros a night with breakfast.
