A good place to start is Londontown.com. Have a look there and come back with more specific questions. We don't know what your budget is so it is imposible to make specific suggestions.

Try Hyde Park Radnor, a nice B&B in Sussex Gardens. Rooms and baths are small, breakfast is hot, location is good (between Paddington and Hyde Park). Londontown.com is a great help, too.
