Let me try this one again. In the 7th, other posters on this forum have said good things about the Hotel Muguet.
Try this site:
http://www.france-hotel-guide.com/75paccue.htm
It has a good list by Arrondissments.

I like Hotel du Champs de Mars. They now have a web site. Very friendly owners, clean, pleasant rooms but small. Just booked a double with bath or shower for 430 FF. One block off of rue Cler.

My husband, son and myself have spent the last three spring breaks in Paris - and for the last 2 years have stayed at hotel du Champs des Mars. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel - they have a website - most importantly - book as early as possible!
