Hotels/B&B in Rome, Venice, Lake Como, Cinque Terre
 

We're heading to Italy for 10 days- have a basic itinerary and need help with accomodations, please! We're looking for lower to moderately priced places...

3 days in Rome, 2 days in Venice, 2 days on Lake Como (don't know which town yet), and 3 days in Cinque Terre (don't know which town). We'll be a little flexible with time in the last 2 places probably- we love to hike, so we'd like to find some beautiful places to explore, and it sounds like Lake Como area and Cinque Terre could offer that. Is it true?

Anyone have recommendations for places to stay in any of these cities? (or recommendations of which towns to stay in?) Thank you!

If you wish a lovely b&b in Rome, try Arco del Lauro in the Trastevere, which is a GREAT location.

We were just in Italy in October.
Rome: Arco del Lauro -- 4 days, LOVED it.
Lake Como: Hotel Lenno (in the small, lovely town of Lenno) -- LOVED it.
Cinque Terre: Marina Piccola in Manarola -- LOVED it!

Seriously, all three places were just wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to return to any of them.

The Rome one is a very moderate priced B&B. Also have some restaurant pics on my forum as well.

Rome: Domus Julia
Venice: Hotel Riva, Casa Rezzonico
Near Cinque Terre, in Santa Margherita Ligure: Hotel Nuova Riviera
