Hotels / B&B in Florence that offers high speed internet

The *only* way my husband can leave his job for 2 weeks is if he has daily access to the internet while we are there. (just enough to check on his accounts, not that he'll be working all day)

We found BEAUTIFUL places to stay in Rome and Venice through suggestions from friends, but we don't know anyone who has been to Florence.

We'd love to stay in something quaint that also provides internet access (I know that quaint usually means no internet access... but I can dream).

If anyone has any suggestions I'd truly appreciate it!!!

ltilley,

I think you'll find that most hotels and B&B's will offer internet access-- either in your room or in their reception/office.

If you post your budget, you'll get tons of hotel and B&B suggestions.

Good luck!

Our budget ranges from 150 euro to 250 euro (we'll be there in April)

Thanks so much for any suggestions... this seems like the place to ask!!!

Another option is to pick a quaint place to stay and let him use an internet cafe.

Tourist House Ghiberti
#2 (out of 114) B&Bs/Inns in Florence on Tripadvisor
Average price - $138 (115 euro)

Read the reviews - They are incredible!

PS - I found this by googling for
"Charming Florence Hotel Internet Access"

Lots of other options came up - but this one sounds fabulous!

B&B In Piazza della Signoria, (cab drivers know it as just "B&B&quot on the piazza of the same name, has free high-speed internet in the upstairs lounge. We paid 234 Euro double last month. It is a beautiful place, very elegant and also friendly; you can see the rooms on their web site.
