Hotel/B&B Just Outside Florence
Am looking for a hotel/B&B on the south side of Florence for a couple of nights. We want a place where we can have easy access to public transportation (train? bus?)into Florence. Any suggestions?

You might consider I Parigi B&B just south of Florence on the road to Siena in the town of Galluzzo. It's a lovely restored 14th century complex with nice owners, very good breakfasts, and is on a bus route. I read on Trip Advisor that the owner now has a 9:15 am shuttle service into Florence. We stayed there with our 2 teenagers and loved it! The only slight negative is the walk from the main road-it's about 15 minutes, almost all uphill-but the view is beautiful. Have a great trip!
