hotel with connecting rooms in Rome

Looking for suggestions in Rome for a hotel with connecting rooms in the 200 euro per room per night range. Location important for site seeing.
Also, I any suggestions for tours of the vatican would be helpful. I understand you can book a guided tour, and it is a bit easier.

Hi

Have you thought about an apartment as an alternative. Eg. http://www.vrbo.com/104889 or http://www.vrbo.com/130539. Plenty more on that website.

We prefer hotels so we have access to concierge services.

It is pretty hard (if not impossible) to find connecting rooms in Europe. We are a family of four and sometimes do a quad, but other times do two rooms and we have never found anyone with connecting rooms.

The Forum Hotel has adjacent rooms that can be closed off behind a main hall door. They are at the end of the hotel that overlooks the trajan forum. Very nice but not sure about the price.
