Anyone stayed here? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Alexia, One of my favorite hotels!! This hotel is never mentioned much, but I really think that it's a gem. It is on a side street, Via Babbuccio I believe, you walk down the street turn right and BAM, the Trevi fountain. Because it is on a side street it is quiet. We did not have a view to speak of. Short walk to Spanish Steps and a delightful stroll past the Pantheon to Piazza Navona. Good sized room, large bathroom, recently renovated. We were there in May, two years ago. A/C even worked..with a remote..and that was in May..very unusual for Italy. Hotels usually don't turn the A/C on until June. Staff was great, recommended restaurants and called the Borghessi Gallery the day we arrived and made reservations for the next day. Would return there in a second!! Email me if you have other questions! Have a great time. I love Rome! PS..the Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps in the early morning are great..no people, quiet..great pictures..

Thanks for that Nancy. Was piazza navona far away (could you walk there for dinner)? Was the area safe?
People are suggesting that piazza navona is a better area to stay in - you obviously don't agree? thanks again

Hi,

I do not know this hotel, but you can walk from the Trev Fountain to the Piazza Navona. Or, I should say I can this easily and I am in my 50ies.
