It was fabulous. We reserved two Via Claudia room but when we checked-in we got two Prinz Regent rooms, for the Via Claudia price. The room was beautiful and the Prinz Regent bathroom was INCREDIBLE! The worst part of our stay was trying to figure out where the drive way for the incredibly small parking lot was. If you park in the outside lot it is free vs. a small fee for the parking garage. We only ate breakfast there and the rest of our meals we ate in the city.

Two thumbs way up! If there is availability, book it.
