Hotel Rex - Florence
 

Anyone stayed there?

We'd appreciate any and all feedback on the Hotel Rex in Florence. It seems to have had very mixed reviews a while back, though I thin it has since been renovated.

Although I did not stay at the Hotel Rex, I did have an opportunity to take a quick look inside the last time I was in Florence. The front desk area seemed very nice and the staff also appeared to be very helpful.

However, as a FYI - I stayed at the Hotel Casci a few weeks ago and could not have been more pleased. You may also want to check Hotel Casci out.

We stayed at the Rex as part of an Air Italia package trip a few years ago. The room was nice and the location was great.
