hotel recommendations
 

I will be teaching for a week, the first week in September. I would like to stay at a hotel near the city centre. Any advice on a moderately priced nice hotel?<BR><BR>Also, how safe is it there and any suggestions for a first time travelor that knows some Czech, but no Russian.<BR><BR>Thanks.

Joe, you should re-post this query, and in the header put some clue as to which city you're talking about.

For those of you who aren't psychic, I probably should have included the city I will be staying in. Sorry for the omission. I will be in Moscow for a week. If you can read my mind and answer any other questions I may have feel free.
