Hotel la Bourdonnais?
 

This hotel has good reviews on tripadvisor.com, but I don't see it recommended on threads here, so I'm wondering about it. It's in the 7th, with some views of the Eiffel Tower (although they won't guarantee we'll get a room with a view). I reserved a quad room via Expedia for a good rate. But I'm skeptical, since people don't often recommend it here. Anyone know of it? Anyone stayed there recently? Merci beaucoup!

A friend of mine stayed there a couple of years ago and really loved it. It has A/C and the location is good.

We rented a quad there about 2 or 3 years ago and it was fine. Clean, good (tho quiet) location. Would not hesitate to recommend it or to stay there again.

Correction to the last post -- we stayed at Hotel Palais Bourbon on Rue Bourdonnais.... sorry for the confusion.

Just found a recommendation for Hotel la Bourdonnais in Rick Steves' Paris book. I'll stop re-thinking it now and post a review when we return. A bientot!
