Hotel inquiry in Gothic Quarter of Barcelona

I will be staying four nights and searching for Hotel in Gothic Q. Would anyone offer opinion between the Catalonia Catedral Hotel and Hotel Neri Relais and Chateau. We will have a rental car. I understand and expect high parking cost. Safety for my auto is my concern.

I don't know either one, they aren't that far apart, but the Catedral one is closer to a public parking garage, if that matters. The Neri doesn't seem to mention parking on its website that I saw, whereas the Catedral says they have a private car park, which could be nice. Parking isn't tyhat expensive in the public garages.

Here is the closest one, I think, near the cathedral, if yo ubook in advance, it's only 20 euro a day.

I was going to say the Catedral one looked really noisy as I thought it was smack right in front of it, but apparently it isn't, it's down the nearby side street.

Have not stayed at either of the two hotels, but am familiar with the area.

I'd paste each of the hotel address into Google Map search, and choose "Street View" to view the street where the hotel is, and ask yourself if it would be comfortable to walk back to the hotel in the night after dinner.
