Hotel help in Munich
 

Please help me make up my mind! I can't <BR>decide on whether to stay at the Bayerischer<BR>Hof or Le Meridien. Any help would be greatly <BR>appreciated! Thanks.

Bayrischer Hof has a reputation for being top of the line and is in a really good location. Celebrities always stay there. Where is Le Meridien? I've never heard of it.

Hi Jade,<BR>Le Meridien is a new luxury hotel by<BR>the train station. Although the hotel is offering great introductory rates, I don't know if this location is good.<BR>The Bayerischer Hof is more expensive,<BR>but as you've said, it does have a<BR>a wonderful reputation.

I know a lot of posters like staying near there, but I don't like the area at all. I particularly don't like the area south of Hauptbahnhof which is where this hotel appears to be. It's not dangerous or horribly nasty or anything like that, just has no charm compared to the area closer to Marienplatz.
