Hotel Forte in Rome

Hey there!! I was wondering if anyone has stayed at the Hotel Forte and if so what their experience was. Rome is the last of my reservations to make. I already booked Hotel Locanda San Barnaba in Venice and La Fenice in Positano (yes, I got a room below the road, thanks to your suggestions!)

Please Help!!!!

Thanks again!!
Stayed at Hotel Forte a few months ago and liked it. A great location for shopping and getting around town, its just a 1 minute walk to the subway station. The rooms were clean and they had a great breakfast with pastries and cuppacino.

Planning a trip to Europe this summer and was wondering what price range is the Hotel Forte that you mentioned? My sister and I will be on the road/rail for three months. We have just graduated from University and our parents say it's our last kick at the can!!! We have been to Europe several times before. If you have a minute to let us know the price range it would be much appreciated.
Caroline

Stayed at Hotel Forte a couple of years ago. It's a great little hotel that's got an even better location!

A bit of trivia: The hotel is on the same street where Gregory Peck's character rented his apartment in the movie "Roman Holiday".

I'm copying this from another post I just made:
Hello! Just got back from 5 nights in Rome at the Hotel Forte. We paid 200,000ITL per night for a double with breakfast. We liked the hotel and thought it was quite nice. It's in a great location, right by the Spanish steps on a quiet (as quiet as a street in Rome can be!) side street. The rate posted inside our door was 380,000 and I don't think I would pay that much. There were a few minor flaws, but nothing significant. For example, when we turned on the bathroom light the fan came on as well and it was really loud. Also, we had a tub with a shower curtain and sprayer, but no wall mount for the sprayer. Not a big deal and you'll likely find the same in many hotels. The room was nicely decorated and clean, the bed was comfy and the staff was friendly. I'd stay there again unless I wanted to spend more per night.
