Hotel for cruise Barcelona
 

I have a number of hotels that I have checked out. We are taking a cruise out of Barcelona in the fall, and would like a hotel that is A)reasonable B) near the sites but in a "safe" neighborhood that is near the cruise port C) not terribly noisy. I know this is a tall order :)
These are my options. Does anyone have a suggestion one way or another?

Hotel Continental
Hotel Colon
Hotel Aspis Splendid
LLeo
H 10 Place Catalunyia
Paseo de Gracia
Le Meridien
Hotel Banys Oriental
Condes de Barcelona.

First the cruise terminal is a short cab ride from most everywhere, so no problem with any centrally-located hotel.

Second, we stayed at the Condes de Barcelona last time we were there and plan to use it as our default hotel in BCN in the future. Very nice, wonderful location, nice people. I noted a sizeable number of cruise people (from their bag tags) there.

Beware of DCC with H10 Hotels.

Based on your list, the Hotel Colon would be you're best bet, but you may also want to check out the Hotel Claris.
