Hotel for 4
 

We are looking for central accomdations for a Family of 4. Our budget is $150-200 Amrican. Help!!!

We are going in June to London and will be staying at the Comfort Inn Hyde Park at the beginning of the trip which has two bedroom suites with a kitchen and washing machine. At the end of our UK trip we are staying at the Thistle Marble Arch. Now, the bad news is both of these hotels are around $250 US dollars but in London we wanted to make sure we stayed in nice, spacious accomodations. The rest of our trip in England and Scotland will be in small B&B's. I've stayed in decent and pretty awful hotels in London so this trip I decided that London would be our splurge so we wouldn't be on top of each other with 4 in a room. Hope this helps. <BR>

the hilton is running a special at some of it's london hotels of 69 gbp a night. go to www.hilton.com and search for london and you can see all the rates. kensington and olympia have the owest rates.

Italy.

Dont mean to be picky, but Italy is very large. Just anywhere in Italy?!!

Alright, cranky me, again. <BR> <BR>A pleading word again... apparently it seems to some that when you select a country for posting your message that the rest of us will be able to see what your choice was. We can not. It helps only when someone SEARCHES for a specific kind of message. <BR> <BR>Of course, in this case, Anna seems to be unsure what she wants - - saying "central accommodations" and then only specifying "Italy" makes no sense. <BR>

We will be in London and Paris. Boys 11 and 14.

Someone help Anna find the nurse for her medication.

The Hotel Suez in Paris is a good hotel, not very expensive, near the Sorbonne. We stayed there about 5 years ago and the room was $100 and included coffee and roll for breakfast. I sure it is much more expensive now but the other couple with me had a room with two double beds.

I've just stayed at the Harlingford Hotel in Bloomsbury London. We were two people, but they gave us a quad room. By London standards, it was roomy, one double, two singles. Many families with children showed up in the breakfast room so I guess it's popular with families. The breakfast was particularly good, I think, for kids. Buffet of fruit, cereal and yogurt available in addition to the standard english breakfast. STaff was particularly nice and helpful -- even with the little ones. Price well within your budget I think. Three blocks from tube.

What more could I want! most of the rms. have compact showers w/toilets, carpeted flrs., hairdriers, fridges, tea/coffee makers in each rm., noisy location, no elevator, 5 flrs., free private parking.
