Hotel Flora

Just wondering if anyone has stayed in their small twin room? What is it like? How small are they talking? If one had a chance to stay in that room, would you, no matter how small? Thanks.

We stayed at the Flora in October and loved it. One of our group had a small, single room and it was quite charming. We had 3 rooms there and they were all fine.

Last summer when we were in Venice for a two-day stopover on a cruise ship, we were on the lookout for the perfect place to stay when we return, and this was it. What a divine little place. Any room there would be wonderful.

toni<BR>you might, if you haven't already, try looking elsewhere on this Fodor's website under Hotel Rants & Raves.

Toni---The smallest twin room is just large enough to allow you to walk around 2 sides of the bed and get to the bathroom. If you have a lot of luggage, you might have to stow it in the bathroom, which is also small, or under the bed (which as I recall, might be too low to allow that). Otherwise, the hotel is very charming, as others have noted, and the location is perfect. I assume you are getting a pretty good price on this room, and if so, go ahead and take it. After all, you are really there to enjoy the city.
