Hotel Estherea in Amsterdam ?

Hi, We are on our way to Amsterdam next Feb. and found a very good rate of 97 euros without b. in Hotel Estherea which looked charming in the web. Has anyone stayed there?
I shall be happy to take any hotel recommendations too. TKS

I stayed there about 25 years ago - enjoyed it.

Tks Patrick, how about its location considering we are going in Feb. with probably sub zero temperature.?

It's very central, if you're worrying about getting to places in the minimum of time, a few minutes from tram stops. But central Amsterdam is a walking city, and you just wrap up warm and use the cold as a good excuse for diving into another café.

We stayed at Hotel Estheria and it is very nice and in a very great location..Never stayed there again because it became to expensive, but given the chance, we would stay there again..Try and get a canal view if you can...Bring warm clothing and an umbrella and have a great time...

You made me curious and I checked; the reviews at tripadvisor are fabulous.
It seems like you will be paying less than half of the standard rate, good for you.
