Hotel du Champ de Mars is booked for my dates...now what?

I was hoping to stay at Champ de Mars June 27, 28, 29 but it's booked. I'm so bummed out. Any suggestions of clean, central, safe, hotels in the same price range(under 450FF/night)?

Try the Familia in the 5th, and the Muguet in the 7th. They both should be in your price range.

Try Regent's Hotel. It is a two star, lovely small, newly renovated hotel in the 6th, I think. It is about a block from St. Suplice Metro stop on Rue Madame. Room for 1 person 450F; for two 500 or 550 F. We loved it. Very charming, very helpful staff, great location.

Andria, if you don't need "charm" and can tolerate a more modern clean, functional accommodation, try the Hotel Ibis. There are many locations throughout Paris, all are cheap and the breakfast buffet is great. Think of it as the La Quinta of Europe!

Try Grand Hotel Leveque on Rue Cler, it's around the corner from Hotel Champ de Mars .. modern, clean and a little cheaper.

Same thing for me and my group for early June when we tried to book last week at Champs du Mars. We then checked with LeVeque and had the same booked up response. Settled on Hotel Le Valadon in the same Rue Cler neighborhood. Probably will be about the same, I hope. Any one ever stay there. It's at 16 rue Valadon in the 7th, just off rue Cler.

I am not crazy about Hotel Valadon.
