The address is correct. Haven't stayed there, but did a look-see while in the neighborhood for future reference. Looked fine to me. Over on the AOL boards, this place is considered "nice enough" and an "excellent value for the dollar". No complaints. In my opinion, you can't beat the location, close to Ecole Militaire metro stop and lots of bus routes. You'd be right around the corner from Rue Cler (of Rick Steves fame) in a very safe and very quiet residential neighborhood loaded with wonderful (and reasonably priced for Paris) restaurants. You'll be able to see the Tour Eiffel as you come and go every day. If you stay here, be sure to make dinner reservations at Auberge du Champs de Mars on Rue de l'Exposition. One of the finest meals, in one of the loveliest small restaurants, we had during our trip - and, the lowest price. I can still remember the food. We were amazed! An added plus, the menu is in English, although some of the translations will amuse you enormously. Boots should straighten them out, I suppose. Also, be sure to walk up Ave de la Bourdonnais and head across Rue St. Dominique - quintessential Paris street lined with amazing shops (food, flowers, boutiques, everything) of every kind.
