Hotel D?Aubusson; Info Pls?

Does anyone know anything about the Hotel D'Aubusson on the left bank. Thank you.

It's an excellent hotel, popular with regulars and recommended at a number of travel sites. Take a look on tripadvisor.com and here on the Fodors site.

We stayed there in 2001 and were very happy with it. Very warm and helpful service, nice bar to relax in evening before dinner. I would highly recommend it. I know with strength of euro, it's a bigger hit on the pocketbook than it was when we were there.

I agree with both posters above. This is a very nice hotel that has gotten many good comments overall. By chance I walked past the hotel a few months ago and the lobby looks great.
Personally I cannot afford their rates but if I could I'd give it a chance.

HI
do a search on it by name at tripadvisor.com or right here in the little search box above. Some of the comments you may find include mine. It has been a few years, but I loved that hotel, would stay there in a flash. I've read that some rooms are larger than others, my "superior twin" was quite a good size, great bathroom, luxuries like robes and toiletries.
Great location. There can be some weekday morning traffic noise at rooms facing the front (rue Dauphine).
