The hotel Aurore is across the bridge
from the Gare, a ten minute walk.
It is also close the gare de Lyon and the metro.

Anywhere along the RER C should do nicely. Around Invalides in the VIIe, Saint Michel in the VIe.
From Champ de Mars/Tour Eiffel station, you can be at Austerlitz in 15 minutes; from St-Michel, in 11.
