Hotel Cluny Square-Latin Q- Paris

Does anyone know of this hotel/would you recommend it? I would love to stay in the Latin Quarter during Christmas and finding a hotel there is proving to be a challenge.
Thanks!

I stayed there summer before last and liked it. Good location for walking everywhere. Nice room. Great bathroom. I had a small balcony that looked over the rooftops. I would stay there again.

The balcony rooms are not guaranteed; they can only be on request as I found out earlier this year.

Hello!
I don't know the hotel Cluny Square but it's a *** hotel, it should be a good one.
I can advise you 2 hotels in the Laitn Quarter: Hotel Cardinal Rive Gauche, ***: http://www.hotelcardinal.com/index.html and hotel Central Saint Germain, ***: http://www.centralstgermain.com/index.english.html Both are less expensive than the Cluny Square.
Just visit their website!

Thank you! ClouClou, I actually priced out Cardinal at your previous suggestion and it was 600 E for 6 nights, vs. Cluny at 532 E. I will check out the other one too.. thanks again for all of your suggestions!!

Hmmm.. apparently Eurocheapo.com got a better deal on Cluny (I just went direct and it's more.) That makes sense, then based on what you said.

Thanks again! ;o)

I stayed there in June. Can't beat the location. Staff was friendly.I thought it a bit overpriced. My only complaint was the a/c did not work for the first 2 days. Luckily, it was not real hot.
