Hotel choices for pre cruise stay in London
I am trying to decide between 2 hotels and was wondering if anyone would have insight on either one. 1st one is the Raddison blu Edwardian and the 2nd is Grange tower bridge hotel. Has anyone stayed at either of these?

Have not stayed in either but knowing your reasons for choosing these two might b3 helpful.

Assume your cruise is departing from Southampton or are you leaving from Tilbury?

>>Raddison blu Edwardian<<

Which Raddison Blu Edwardian -- there are many in central London.

Also - where are you cruising from? Different ports would make different areas of London more convenient for transport.

The Grange is not in the most convenient location -- but depends on what you plan on doing while in London. I do stay out that way fairly often (not at that hotel but in a flat in St Katharine's Marina) but for a one time/quick visit might not be the best choice.

The Edwardian is the one in Bloomsbury

The cruise ship leaves out of Southampton. We are doing the hotel and transfers via princess cruise lines and they offer these 2 hotels. is there one that is located within more sights?

Bloomsbury is located closer to many attractions, but the Tower Bridge location is very good for the Tower of London.

If those are your only options, the Bloomsbury property is by far the better for London in general.

It is very near both the Tottenham Court and Holborn tube stations which cover three very useful Underground lines.

(To tell you how many Rad. Blu Edwardians there are in London -- there is another one less than half a block away in Great Russell Street)
