Hotel by Milan airport?

Can anyone recommend a decent hotel (around $150) very close to the Milan Malpensa airport? I'm looking for a quiet, comfortable hotel to spend one night before flying back to the U.S. in the morning.

In the town of Gallarate, basically adjacent to the Malpensa airport, are two hotels I know of: the Jet Hotel and Hotel Astoria.

In Arona, only a few miles north of the airport, there is the Hotel Giardino and Hotel Concorde.

From these four, all of which are well equipped, I'm sure you can find one. Good luck.

Very near--Villa Malpensa, 4 star, and Hotel Cervo , 3 star.

Villa Malpensa...nice hotel, great restaurant, and they offer a shuttle to take you to the airport. The rooms are huge! It's a great spot for the evening before flying home.

We are staying in First Hotel. Never stayed there but it looks nice...decent rate and right near the airport.

We stayed at Villa Malpensa which is literally within walking distance to the airport (though they'd probably arrest you if you tried). If you'll be arriving in the late afternoon / early evening and will leave early the next morning I'd recommend it. If your stay requires a longer visit stay somewhere else. It's a nice clean place with excellent but expensive food, but there is only one restaurant (plus a bar area that serves small, decent pizzas), small rooms and nothing at all to do on the hotel grounds or around the area.
