Hotel Bonaparte in the 6th or Hotel Du Vieux Marais in the 4th?
We have offers from each of these hotels and the prices are very similar, about 175 euro for a triple room in June.
We're not real picky about rooms and usually look to location and neighborhood and some character when choosing a hotel.
Can I get any opinions on which you'd select? Or I'd certainly welcome other places in the 175-200 euro rate for a triple if you have a hidden gem you'd like to recommend!
(By the way we will have been staying at the Marriott Champs Elysees thru a great auction package for the 1st six nights, but wanted to extend our vacation a few nights)

The "decor" might be a little better at the Vieux Marais....They both have air-cond. Either location is excellent.
Hotel Bonaparte's price of 170€/triple includes a basic continental breakfast.

Hi RG,
The Vieux looks very nice, although too modern for our tastes.
The Bonaparte is more convenient to Metro and bus stops, I think.
You can check out the neighborhood by entering the addresses at www.pagesjaunes.fr
Make sure that your room at the Vieux is really a triple, and not a standard dbl with a cot rolled in.
