Hotel Bonaparte - contacting
Based on input from folks here, I've inquired to the Hotel Bonaparte about availability. What is the best way to contact them? I filled out the form on their website last night and haven't heard back yet. After I did that I found their email address somewhere here. Should I use that instead or phone them?
Also, I submitted my inquiry in English. Is that OK? I thought about attempting to do it in French but was afraid they would respond in French. Thanks. |
you can email them too, but they will probably respond within a day or so. They usually send you a reservation form to fax back to them with a signature. When did you contact them?

PS. English should be fine

Hopefully Ira will see your question and respond. Or you could search for his info. on the Bonaparte, for the contact details.

Hi J,
>I filled out the form on their website last night and haven't heard back yet. You Americans, so impatient. :) You can phone them. The daytime staff speaks English very well. ((I)) |
If you just did this last night, it wouldn't be unusual not to have heard from them yet. If you did it at 8 pm, it was the middle of the night in Paris, and you inquired at 11:30 am on here, which is just at the end of the afternoon over there.
English is okay if it was simple. Do not write in French if you don't know it that well and wouldn't understand the reply. |
I just requested a room for May by way of their website. I had a question concerning 3 persons in a room. I received a response the next day. I then filled out the form and faxed it to Hotel Bonaparte with my credit card info. My rate is 176€ per night. I have already received my confirmation by email.
