Hotel Bersoly's, Hotel des Ecoles, or Hotel Europe St. Severin -- help me decide

Heading to Paris for 4 days & nights in November so availability is limited at this point. I'm looking for a single in or near the 6th for under 100 Euros/night. My old standby, Grand Hotel des Balcons, is fully booked. These three hotels have rooms for the time I'm going to be there. Please help me decide. Tell me if you've stayed at any of these and what you liked or didn't like. I'm less concerned about the size of the room than I am about location.

Hotel Bersoly's, 3-star, 28 rue de Lille in the 7th (but near the 6th), single overlooking the courtyard with shower for 87 Euros.

Hotel des Ecoles, 2-star, 19 rue Monsieur le Prince in the 6th, single with shower for 99 Euros.

Hotel Europe St. Severin (NOT Parc), 2-star, 38-40 rue St. Severin in the 5th, standard double for single occupancy with private bath for 99 Euros.

There's another possibility now -- Regent's Hotel (not le Regent), 2 stars, 44 rue Madame in the 6th, 80 euros for single with private bathroom.

Hi. I stayed at the Regent's hotel three years ago, and liked it. It was recently renovated, very close to Luxembourg gardens and overall perfctly fine.I loved the location. There are a few single rooms that are small, depends on which room you get. It does not have a minibar though, if this is important to you.
