Hot Springs in France?

Does anyone know of some good hot springs or healing springs in France? Three of us are going to be traveling to France this May and would love to have some relaxation time at a natural spring.

There are dozens of them in the Alps, the Pyrenees, the Massif Central, the Vosges from the rustic to the sophisticated.
