Hostal La Macarena Madrid

Has anyone stayed here recently that can offer their comments. I've read reviews and it seems to get good ratings. I realze it is in a busy area and may be a bit noisy but how bad will this be in Nov with the windows open?

In November..with the windows open ?? Do you want to freeze yourself ? :)

I guess we won't need to open the windows but if the heater is running I know we will want to atleast crack them open. What is the usual temp in Nov in Madrid? I looked online and it said avg high around 68 F and low around 47F. To me that isn't very cold, except maybe late at night. Am I wrong? I was planning on packing a light jacket for the evenings. Seems that the temp will be similar to where I currently live in Georgia (US) for that time of year and I still sleep with the windows cracked and no heat.

Oops, I meant to say 58 and 39 for the temps in Nov. Daytime weather should be quite nice!

Yes, that are the average temperatures. I live in Castellón, by the Mediterranean, and I sleep with a blanket in the night in November and wear a jacket during the day (not everyday..but most of them) and Madrid is much more cold than here :) I'm very sensitive to temperatures change, though :)
