Honeymoon Spain/Portugal...help!
 

Planning a late October early November honeymoon to Spain and Portugal.Any suggestion on things not to be missed. We have about 2 weeks. Will the weather be a problem this time of year? Help!

Try to see in Lisbon: Belem section. In Spain we liked Salamanca, Avila, Toledo, ALHAMBRA in Granada, Seville cathedral, Barcelona (very interesting), beach at San Sebastian, beach at La Coruna (N.W. coast), Santiago de Compostela, Burgos. Suggest get Michelin Guide for good overview of Spain/Portugal and rating of sights very reliable. Eat all seafood served on coasts no matter how strange looking. Custard desserts in Portugal quite tasty.

In Portugal, in the central and northern parts, the weather is just fine in October. October is a good month for festivals. In November the weather tends to become a little rainy and cold. Stop at the Tourist Office in each city to get info on places to stay and eat and the local sites. Eat at small restaurants. Pace yourselves because you will not be able to see all the sites in one trip.

we will be in portugal and spain (sevilla, granada, cadiz) for two to three weeks. urgent.
need listing of affordable lodging centrally located for sightseeing in above areas and north and south of lisbon and algarve. car rental and transportation info helpful. info on ferry from gibraltar to marokko, please.
