From Sicily, if you want to go to Saturnia, fly to Rome and rent a car at the airport and drive to Saturnia. Then drive to Florence later.

It is very hard for people to give you good advice if they don't know what weeks of the year you are traveling and what airport you are using to leave Italy at the end of your trip.

Hi @sandralist
Thanks for the reply. I will be travelling from June 6th to June 16th aprrox . Can be +/-3 days.

Also I'll be leaving Italy from Florence itself.

I've never been to the beaches you mention but you are likely to get very nice weather in June all over Italy. The more time you have, the more relaxing your trip will be.

If you are flying out of Florence, you might as well put all your days there at the end of your trip. In between Saturnia and Florence there are many, many places to stay that look just like the pictures in your link. Look around Pienza and Montalcino.

Could you fly from Catania to Rome, pick up the car there and then drive to Saturnia? Saturnia is closer to Rome, and you'd avoid some backtracking.

I may be wrong, but I don't think you'll find a villa for rent in Tuscany for just two nights (or is it just one night?) in June.
