honeymoon

We are thinking about going to Turkey for our honeymoon. We would like to spend a few days in Istanbul, and the rest of the honeymoon on the beach (not too touristy). Any recommendations on where to stay? thanks

Ciragan is the best option for honeymoon in Istanbul if it is too expensive then read the comments about the hotels at Sultanahmet or Taksim area
For the rest of the honeymoon on the beach: There is a new design hotel in Antalya'Su hotel'.Other options:
Hillside Fethiye
Fuga in Bodrum

There are really many options but need more info..

Just returned from 2 weeks in Turkey and would recommend it to anyone - it's a wonderful country with incredibly nice and helpful people.

Istanbul - 4 days
Ephesus - 1 day
Bodrum - 2 days
Marmaris - Blue Voyage - 6 days

I would recommend a Blue Voyage instead of staying at a beach resort. Charter your own gulet for privacy and romance - the cost is not much more than a land stay. Email me if you would like more information [email protected].
