homes/apts. rent in Germany
 

We're planning a trip to Germany and hope to stay near a small town called Wertheim (sentimental reasons, long story) and use it as our base. The town is about 100 km east of Frankfurt and at the confluence of the Main and Tauber Rivers.

Ideally, we'd like to rent a home or apartment there on a weekly basis. Anyone have any suggestions, ideas, recommendations?

Apartment homes (verienwohnung) are very common throughout Germany. A google search under 'wertheim verienwohnung' will cast a broad net. Many websites have English language versions as well.

We used the website http://www.vacation-apartments.com/ for our apartment rental in Southern Germany. They have a decent selection.
