My husband and I are going to Europe for 5 weeks over Christmas. We will be leaving our summer behind, as well as our kids (aged 9 and 12) they will be having a holiday themsleves with their Nana over in Australia. The kids don't seem to mind it, they are very excited about their own little holiday. It will be different for us, having a winter Christmas for a change and very exciting as it's first time in Europe.

Princess-My two children are abandoning their father and me during Christmas vacation. They are going with their friends and their family. We lost our son to college this fall and have glotted over our daughter, maybe a little too much.We are saddened beyond belief but continue to just smile before them. Gosh, I thought they would never want to be without us.
