Depending on what you'd like to do, various parts of Europe offer different things. The weather in London or Paris or Munich will be very chilly, and there's always the risk of snowy/rainy weather - but with the museums and the cultural season (ballet, opera, theatre, symphony) in full swing, the weather isn't that much of a concern. If you like to do outdoorsy things, then head south: southern Spain or Portugal, southern Italy, Sicily/Sardinia/Corsica or for something a little different, Malta or Morocco.
What about hospitals in those countries?

Straight out of the US Consul webpage:

For detailed information on physicians abroad, the authoritative reference is The Official ABMS Directory of Board
Certified Medical Specialists published for the American Board of Medical Specialists and its certifying member boards.
This publication should be available in your local library. U.S. embassies and consulates abroad maintain lists of hospitals and physicians. Major credit card companies also can provide the names of local doctors and hospitals abroad.

Zat help?
