RHED, you're right! I am such a lazy person I can't be bothered to go to all that trouble of filling out forms etc. etc. to recoup a measley $100. Now when it goes into recouping $4/500 amount - Yeah, I might.

You're not leaving Switzerland from Paris. And you can get a refund only by filing the right paperwork, and showing the goods, as you leave Switzerland.
If you're getting to Paris by train or by road, I honestly don't know whether there's a VAT refund system even at the main Geneva station (I've never seen one), and there certainly won't be one at minor Swiss stations. I've never seen a refund system at any road border, either, and I'd be very reluctasnt to faff about changing my travel arrangements to get a few francs back at Geneva or Zurich airports.

Thank to all. I agree with most of what have been said, I wouldn't buther to change travel arrangements for few francs back. Bye all will come abck with more story from swiss whene back on August.
