Hiking in Switzerland w/Ryder-Walker Tours

My husband and I are considering using Ryder-Walker tours for a small group hiking tour or an independent tour. Have any of my fellow travelers used this company in Switzerland or another European Country and can offer an opinion with pros and cons? Many thanks in advance.

I live in Switzerland and don't know this company.
I just checked Hikers Haute Route. They charge for accommodation 300 USD/PAX/night with dinner and breakfast, plus 200 USD/PAX/day for the guide.
If you book the same accommodation on your own, you pay way less.
The trail is well signposted and there are many people hiking on it.
You don't need a guide for that.
But may be you find it OK to pay some 100 USD/day just for being in a group and having the possibility to chat with other people.
Most of the other hikes they offer are extremely popular and easy to do without any guide too

Neckervd, you read my mind. Always helpful to hear from a local of our destination. Independent hiking it is! Thank you for taking the time to write. G.
