High speed ferry Corsica-Nice

Fodor's France guide and a few web sites describe a high speed (3 hours) ferry between Bastia, Corsica and Nice. However, I have not been able to find it on the schedules for Corsica Ferries nor SCNM. An e-mail to the latter did not produce a helpful response. Does anyone know if this high-speed ferry really exists and if so, how to reserve on it?
Thanks.

The fast ferries ran only in summer, but their services have been reduced because of their high running costs and low payload.
SNCM used to have three fast ferries, but sold two. Corsica Ferries have similarly cut back.

Moby Lines have announced they will start a Nice-Bastia service next year, but haven't published details yet.
