I've noticed that many people ask about the 20 different arrondisements, or districts, in Paris: is this a good one, a boring one, a safe one, etc. A friend asked me recently to describe the arrondisements. If you are interested in this info, email me and I'll copy you on it (it's probably a bit too long to post). *Please keep in mind that this is just my point of view as a resident; your mileage may vary, etc.*
