Heren Bed and Breakfast Amsterdam - Who has been there?

Hi,

I am looking for recommendations from people who have been to the Heren B&B or their associated Maes B&B.

Thanks in advance....

Do a search for "Maes" - I know people have stayed there... also check Tripadvisor.

This may be too late for you but..
The Maes and Heren are my choice for a great place in Amsterdam. The location is convenient to Centraal Station - about a 10-15 minute walk. Also easy to walk to important visitor sites. 2 blocks from Westerkerk and Anne Frank House; 20-25 minutes from major museums. Good local neighborhood restaurants. Best of all - fantastic hosts in Ken and Vlad. Very comfortable rooms, nicely decorated, very good "Dutch" breakfast with house made croissants, breads, cheeses, meat, really good coffee, juice, fruit, plenty to choose from and good conversation. We were there last weekend, our 3rd time in the last 12 months. We will go back again - I have no reason to stay anywhere else.

Not too late at all, as we have a scheduled visit in early May.

Thanks very much for information!

You have made a good choice. We stayed there last summer and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Vlad is a wonderful host, and the location can't be beat!
