Above is a box that reads "View by Country" click on Spain much has been written about Barcelona. Read those topics and then you can ask more specific questions.

Thank you...I have read numerous pages of information, I would like people who have traveled there to inform me of their favorite places to go, eat, stay, and do......

You have to elaborate on your interets, time there, budget, food restrictions, etc. etc. Why did you choose Barcelona in the first place?

If you type in Barcelona where it says Search ( top page right)
you will get a ton of the info from the people on the Forum who have traveled to Barcelona.

Not knowing anything about you; your likes, dislikes, budget, etc., it would be difficult at best recommending anything.

Don't miss:
The Cathedral...aka La Seu
Santa María del Mar, a beautiful church, not a Cathedral, at the dolor see the "bastaixos" with stones on their backs.
Sagrada Familia, astonishing inside and outside.
Magic Fountain at night, thursday to sunday, at night, charming show and views.

Enjoy Barcelona, we arrived wednesday and depart tomorrow.

I'll correct my statement. The cathedral (which was the image in my mind) is the Cathedral of the Holy Cross and Saint Eulalia. Santa Maria del Mar is a different church. What confuses me is the book, La Catedral del Mar about Santa Maria del Mar.
