Help with the name of a restaurant in Sicily

Many years ago (over 10), I was recommended on this Forum to a restaurant in Sicily (I think it was around the Palermo area but just outside the city proper). The restaurant was actually out on stilts in the water. You had to walk out on a wooden pier to get to it. We sat outside. Somebody recommended I order the baked ziti (which I would NEVER have ordered otherwise because, in my Italian family, that was not a gourmet item). But I did and it was amazing and I want to recommend it to a friend who is going to Sicily -- not to mention, go back myself at some point.

I know it's not a lot of info but if you had been there, you would definitely remember it!

Does anyone recognize any of that scenario and can help me identify it?

Vagabonda on the Tripadvisor Sicily forum might be able to help you with this one.

Thanks. It says she is not accepting messages so I asked someone else on there who was recognized as a Sicily expert.

That’s a good start. I should have been more explicit. A general post on the forum is likely to catch Vagabonda’s attention as well as the attention of other local experts.
