Multiple entry schengen visa to Bosnia
 

I hold a multiple entry schengen visa valid for less than 30 days after my intended date of entry to Bosnia . Will I be allowed entry according to the following article:

Article 17 from the Bosnia ministry of foreign affairs reads the following : "(]) Citizens of the countries with whom Bosnia and Herzegovina has a visa regime, may enter Bosnia and Herzegovina with passport, without the obligation to obtain a visa for entry, exit, transit and stay on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina only if they have a valid multiple entry visa or residence permit issued by the signatory countries of the Schengen Agreement, the EU member states or the United States of America.

(2) A period of stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina in cases of this Article, is possible up to 90 days in any 180-day period, provided that the one continuous stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina cannot be longer than 30 days and within validity period of a visa or a residence permit issued by the countries referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article

My visa is valid from 28th of September until the 30th of October. So it’s a valid multiple entry schengen Visa ok the days I intend to visit Bosnia ( 3rd until 5th of October). Can you help me please read into that article, since some websites mention the necessity of having a visa valid for beyond 30 days after the entry date to Bosnia whereas the article on Foreign affairs Ministry website mentions the previous

I am a moroccan citizen

That final statement is the critical part and honestly, you need to talk to your own national experts on the relationship of Morocco with Bosnia. Bosnia is not in Schengan which makes the situation even more complicated

I’ll be using my multiple entry schengen visa to visit non schengen countries as well (waiver system). Should I pay attention to my visa duration of stay (18 days) outside schengen area?
