Help with Renfe tickets

I will be buying tickets from Madrid to Malaga, Granada to Seville, and Seville to Marid
over a two week period. After putting in the cities, do I put outward becasue I will not be returning to the cities that I came from? When you get to the second page, there are two boxes, one that says show all prices and leave the return open. Should I check the box leave the return open? The website has changed since I bought tickets a year ago. If anyone can help me with this process, I would appreciate it. I am purchasing preferent tickets so I do not have a time frame to get the web fares.
Thank you very much.

You can get discounted estrella fares on the phone, too, if the website drives you mad.

I have not used the site in English but you want to click on "one way". No need to leave return open as you are not returning anyway...

I hope you are successful.

Thank you ribeirasacra, that link told me exactly what I wanted to know. At the bottom of the page it says, "on the next page, if you are booking a one-way journey, ignore the confusing warning telling you your're booking an open return."
