Help with Portugal train strike
 

Hello,

Can you please help up decipher what's going on with the Portugal train strike? We contacted CP, and they forwarded us to their website about which Alfa Pendular lines are affected. Sorry, the forum won't allow me to post a link at this point, but it's a page that shows up when searching "cp.pt" and "strike."

Does this mean that only certain train lines are affected and not all of them? And whatever's listed there are the ones affected throughout the strike? They won't decide to change lines affected throughout the month?

We're planning to go from Lisbon Oriente station to Porto Campanha (return) on Alfa Pendular near end of June. If we buy tickets 2-3 days before departure, will the seller be able to tell us if those trains we'll be taking will be able to run for that week?

Or would you recommend we explore bus (Rede vs. Flix) or flight options? If so, which would be preferable?

Load down the list of the trains that will run despite of the strike https://www.cp.pt/passageiros/en/tra.../Alerts/strike, compare with the rede-expresos timetable and decide.
