Help with Naples train station

I am looking to take a train from Rome to Naples and the one that fits my schedule best says it has a connecting station stop at Napoli Piaza Garibalidi - I thought that is where the Napoli Centrale Station is which is where I want to depart to catch the Circumvesuviana line to Sorrento. Is this going to be confusing for me, knowing where to get off, should I just take another train that does not have this connecting stop? Also it is an ES train but on the Trenitalia site the ES also has a U next to it, what the heck does that mean?!?! Help me fast please, as we leave for Italy tomorrow morning.

Napoli Piazza Garibaldi Station is the lower level of Napoli Centrale Station.

Hi,

If you go to http://www.napolipiazzagaribaldi.it/indexf.cfm
You will get a map of the station.

Just watch out for guys posing as porters trying to help haul your bags for you. There are no porters at the train station. These guys will latch on an "help", some even have blue jackets(same color as the rail road employees). They will want $ for helping. Just be aware.
