Help with Nafplios and Pelopponese
 

Hello. My husband and I are Leaving for Athens in 10 days. Renting a car for 17 days at airport, driving to Nafplios and spending two nights there. Looked at hotels on tripadvisor and booking.com. Would love a room with sea view but can't afford the Amphitryon Hotel. No mobility issue. Any suggestions? US$120 max for us. I am also keen to see wildflowers in bloom. Any suggestions? Doing a circular clockwise route ending in Delfi before returning car at airport. I think since it is relatively off peak we could wing it and book our rooms last minute except for the weekends. Is wifi readily available at cafes and restaurants? Any other tips will be appreciated. Thanks.

Look at Grand Bretagne. I don't consider this terribly off peak.

I assume you are looking for a hotel in Naphilon not Athens. Try travelocity for the hotel you mentioned. I saw a price for $131 a night. Other wise keep looking on tripadvisor or mention naphilon hotels in your question. It is a beautiful town and your trip sounds wonderful.

I think you would have to park a few hundred yards away though. We took the bus so it wasn't an issue for us.

Hotel Ippoliti, Hotel Marianna and Pension Elena have responded that they have rooms with sea views and parking nearby. I might just turn up and check them out first.
